Lucaryn advisors are expected to provide readings with honesty, care, and professionalism.

Ethical Reading Standards

Advisors should not use fear-based tactics, exploit vulnerable customers, pressure customers into repeat readings, promise guaranteed outcomes, or claim certainty where guidance is intuitive and interpretive.

Boundaries

Advisors must respect customer boundaries, protect confidentiality, avoid inappropriate relationships, and keep services on Lucaryn.

Safety

If a customer appears to be in immediate danger, advisors should encourage the customer to contact emergency services or a qualified professional.
