Lucaryn Customer Agreement

Welcome to Lucaryn. This Customer Agreement explains how customers use Lucaryn, what customers can expect from the platform, and the responsibilities that help keep Lucaryn safe, respectful, and trustworthy.
1. Your Account
You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and use only one customer account unless Lucaryn gives written permission. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Wallet, Payments, and Credits
Lucaryn may use a wallet system for deposits, reading credits, promotions, and paid readings. Payments are processed by Stripe or another approved processor. Promotional credits may have limits, may expire, and are not usually redeemable for cash.
3. Readings and Expectations
Lucaryn connects customers with independent advisors who provide intuitive guidance, psychic readings, spiritual coaching, and related services. Readings are for guidance, personal insight, self-reflection, or entertainment, as permitted by law. Readings do not guarantee any specific outcome, prediction, relationship result, financial result, health result, pregnancy outcome, or life event.
4. No Medical, Legal, Financial, or Emergency Advice
Advisors may not provide medical advice, pregnancy advice, mental health treatment, legal advice, investment advice, or emergency assistance. For medical, legal, financial, mental health, pregnancy, or safety concerns, contact a qualified licensed professional or emergency services.
5. Respectful Conduct
Customers agree to treat advisors, staff, and other users with respect. Harassment, threats, hate speech, fraud, impersonation, abusive behavior, and illegal activity are not allowed.
6. Keep Communication on Lucaryn
Customers may not pressure advisors to move paid readings, payments, or ongoing services outside Lucaryn. This includes asking for personal phone numbers, personal email addresses, social media accounts, personal websites, or outside payment methods.
7. Refunds and Disputes
Refund requests are reviewed under the Lucaryn Refund Policy. Not every request results in a refund. Abuse of refunds, chargebacks, promotions, or payment systems may result in account limits or termination.
8. Reviews
Customers may leave honest reviews about completed readings. Reviews may be removed if they contain threats, private information, hate speech, profanity, fraud, or policy violations.
9. Privacy
Lucaryn handles personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Reading sessions are treated as confidential except when access is reasonably necessary for support, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, policy enforcement, safety, or legal compliance.
10. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Where permitted by law, disputes will first be handled through good-faith informal resolution and may then be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.
11. Updates
Lucaryn may update this Customer Agreement. When material changes are made, Lucaryn may require customers to accept the updated version before continuing to use the platform.
12. Acceptance
By creating an account, checking an acceptance box, or continuing to use Lucaryn, you agree to this Customer Agreement and the policies linked in the Lucaryn Legal Center.
