Lucaryn reviews refund requests carefully and fairly. Psychic readings are subjective services, so refunds are not automatic simply because a customer disagrees with an advisor’s interpretation or a prediction does not occur.

Lucaryn may review session records, timing, transcript details, advisor conduct, technical issues, wallet activity, and payment records before making a decision.

Possible Outcomes

Lucaryn may issue no refund, a partial refund, a full refund, a wallet credit, or another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.

Promotional Credits

Promotional credits, welcome credits, coupons, and bonus funds are not normally refundable or redeemable for cash.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Lucaryn Support before filing a chargeback. Abuse of chargebacks may result in account limits or termination.

Fraud and Abuse
