These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Lucaryn.com, its Advisor Profiles, customer accounts, messaging, readings, payments, and related services (the “Platform”). By using Lucaryn, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Lucaryn
Lucaryn is an online platform that connects customers with independent spiritual advisors for private chat readings, email readings, and related guidance services. “Customer” means a person seeking services through the Platform. “Advisor” means an independent advisor offering services through the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase services, or use Lucaryn. Do not use the Platform if you have previously been suspended or removed from it.
3. Spiritual Guidance Disclaimer
Lucaryn provides spiritual and entertainment-based guidance. Readings, messages, Advisor content, and other services are not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, emergency, or other professional advice. Do not use Lucaryn as a substitute for a qualified professional. Lucaryn and its Advisors do not guarantee outcomes, predictions, reconciliation, financial results, health results, legal results, or any other specific result.
4. Customer Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your password secure, and activity occurring through your account. You may not share your account, access another person’s account, harass others, use Lucaryn unlawfully, or interfere with Platform security.
5. Advisor Profiles
Advisors may offer services through public-facing Advisor Profiles. An Advisor Profile may include a professional screen name, photograph, biography, specialties, reading style, rate, and availability setting.
Advisor Profiles represent service offerings available through Lucaryn. They are not a representation that every profile is operated by an unrelated individual or business. Lucaryn does not publicly disclose the business arrangements behind Advisor Profiles except where required by law.
Availability labels, including Chat Now, Away, Busy, and Unavailable, reflect an Advisor Profile’s current Platform setting. They do not guarantee an immediate response or that a session will be accepted.
6. Independent Advisors
Advisors are independent contractors, not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Lucaryn. Advisors are responsible for their own conduct, tax obligations, business practices, and legal compliance. Advisors may not request off-platform payments, make guaranteed claims, misrepresent qualifications, harass Customers, or provide services prohibited by law.
7. Messages and Readings
Chat sessions, internal mail, paid email readings, promotional minutes, and related communications must remain respectful and lawful. Lucaryn may store or review communications when reasonably necessary for support, billing, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms. Do not share sensitive account-security, medical, legal, or financial information through the Platform.
8. Payments, Balances, and Tips
Customers may add funds to a Lucaryn balance and use them for eligible Platform services. Balances are not bank accounts, are not transferable, and do not earn interest. Customers are responsible for reviewing displayed rates and purchase details before confirming a transaction. Tips are voluntary and not required to receive service.
Payment processing may be provided by third parties, including Stripe. By using payment features, you also agree to applicable payment-provider terms.
9. Promotions
Lucaryn may offer promotional credits, discounted rates, introductory offers, or free minutes. Eligibility, limits, expiration, and other terms will be shown with the offer. Promotional rates may vary. After promotional minutes or funds are used, the applicable regular Advisor Profile rate applies unless another offer is clearly shown. Promotions have no cash value and are not transferable.
10. Billing Questions and Refunds
For billing questions, contact admin@lucaryn.com or visit the Lucaryn Help Center. Refund decisions are based on the circumstances of the purchase, services delivered, stated offer terms, and applicable law.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Lucaryn to threaten, stalk, discriminate against, exploit, or harm another person; involve minors in inappropriate content; request or provide illegal services; impersonate another person; manipulate ratings or reviews; scrape or resell Platform data; or bypass Platform fees or security.
12. Intellectual Property and Privacy
Lucaryn’s name, logo, software, design, graphics, and Platform materials may not be copied, sold, or used without written permission. Your use of Lucaryn is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
13. Suspension and Termination
Lucaryn may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, created a safety concern, committed fraud, caused harm, or interfered with Platform operations.
14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Lucaryn is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, availability of a particular Advisor Profile, or any outcome from a reading. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucaryn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform or Advisor services.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on Lucaryn with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
