How do I start a chat?
Create an account, add money to your balance, choose an available advisor, and select Chat Now from their profile.
Are advisors employees of Lucaryn?
No. Lucaryn advisors are independent contractors who operate their own businesses and set their own public profile, rate, specialties, and availability.
Can I change my screen name?
Yes. You can change the public screen name attached to your account from your dashboard. It does not change your email or login.
How are payments handled?
Customers add funds through secure checkout. Advisor payout setup is handled through Stripe Connect after an advisor has been approved.
What are readings for?
Readings are for personal insight and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, emergency, or crisis advice.
Can I favorite an advisor?
Yes. Favorite advisors are saved to your account so they are easy to find again.
Can advisors post on the Lucaryn blog?
Yes. Advisors can write posts from their dashboard. Posts are reviewed by Lucaryn before they are published publicly.
