Honest feedback from real readings
Customers may leave one crystal-ball rating and a written review after their own eligible completed paid reading. Free test chats do not create public ratings. Reviews should describe the customer’s firsthand experience.
Respectful does not mean only positive
Critical feedback is welcome. An advisor disagreeing with a rating, or receiving a low score, is not by itself a reason to remove it.
What support may review
Ask us to review threats, harassment, private contact or payment details, impersonation, spam, suspected fraud, or a review attached to the wrong reading. Explain the concern and include the review or session reference if you can. Support reviews the records before deciding; sending a request does not automatically remove feedback.
Ratings and moderation
Published verified reviews contribute to the advisor’s crystal-ball average and reputation points: 5 earns +1 point; 4 contributes −0.25; 3 contributes −0.5; 2 contributes −1; and 1 contributes −2. A removed review no longer affects the public totals. Moderation history stays in restricted admin records.
