Advisor agreement

Your independent services
You choose whether to offer Lucaryn chat, your availability and your published rates. You are responsible for your own services, accurate profile, lawful conduct and required authorizations. Lucaryn provides the platform, communication tools and payment administration; it does not guarantee customers, income or reading outcomes. The actual relationship remains subject to applicable law.
Your taxes, equipment and expenses
You are responsible for reporting your income and paying your applicable income, self-employment and other taxes, and for your equipment, internet access, workspace, insurance, licenses and work-related expenses and fees. This does not shift taxes or obligations legally owed by Lucaryn to you. Stripe onboarding or a tax form does not replace your own tax obligations.
Rates and platform fees
For ordinary paid chat, your share is 67% and Lucaryn retains 33% of the billed reading amount. Review displayed rates and any separately disclosed fees before accepting a service. Lucaryn chat has no monthly fee. Listing-only membership, when applicable, follows the separately displayed membership terms.
Profile and Stripe setup
Review your profile before making it live. Approval and a public listing are separate from availability for paid chat. Complete Stripe identity, bank and tax-information requirements before accepting paid Lucaryn readings. Listing-only advisors do not need chat onboarding. Eligible tax forms depend on Lucaryn configuring and issuing the required filings; Stripe may contact you when tax outreach is enabled.
Advertising and free minutes
Placement bidding is optional and governed by the linked bidding rules. Advisor-gifted minutes are free to the customer and produce no advisor payment. A separately offered new-customer promotion requires advisor opt-in: Lucaryn funds $1.10 per minute for the first three promotional minutes only; later minutes use your ordinary rate and split. Do not advertise a promotion as available until it is enabled.
Respect and safety
Bullying, harassment, threats, hate, sexual harassment, intimidation and abuse of any kind are prohibited. These rules protect customers and advisors equally. Report concerns to support@lucaryn.com.
Prohibited reading topics
Do not provide pregnancy predictions, medical diagnoses or treatment advice, lottery numbers, gambling predictions or other gambling assistance. Decline requests for those topics and direct customers to qualified professionals when appropriate. Readings are not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or mental-health care, and you must not promise guaranteed outcomes.
Fraud and account security
Credit card fraud, stolen or unauthorized payment methods, identity theft, false payment information, fraudulent disputes, promotion abuse and attempts to evade blocks or account restrictions are prohibited. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Keep your login secure and report suspected unauthorized activity promptly.
Account suspension or closure
Lucaryn reserves the right to suspend or close an account, including for abuse, fraud or violations of these terms, without providing an explanation where permitted by law. Closure does not waive existing payment obligations or applicable legal rights.
Chargebacks, refunds and recovery of amounts owed
To the extent permitted by law and applicable payment-processing terms, you authorize Lucaryn to withhold, deduct or offset amounts attributable to your services or account, including chargebacks, refunds, reversed or failed payments, and actual related processor dispute fees, from your available advisor balance, funds otherwise payable to you, or future earnings. Lucaryn may reserve a reasonable amount against a pending dispute and may seek a permitted reversal of a related Stripe transfer. If available funds are insufficient, a documented amount you owe remains payable after account closure. Lucaryn will identify the affected transaction and adjustment and give you a way to raise an error through support@lucaryn.com. You agree to reasonably cooperate with dispute investigations and provide relevant service records through secure channels. The same loss will not be recovered twice. Amounts withheld for a dispute will be reconciled when the outcome is known; recoveries and any processor fees actually returned will be credited appropriately, less any remaining valid amount owed. This clause does not authorize unrelated deductions or a debit to your bank account or card without any separate authorization required by law or the processor.
Funds after account closure
Eligible advisor balances, including the released $5 advertising reserve, will be paid through your connected Stripe payout account within 30 days of account closure, after lawful adjustments for outstanding charges and amounts owed under this agreement. Only funds affected by unresolved chargebacks, payment disputes, reasonably supported fraud investigations, processor restrictions or legally required holds may remain held while that matter is resolved. Unaffected eligible funds remain subject to the 30-day payout policy. If the normal payout route is unavailable, contact support to arrange a verified alternative. Closure does not erase valid obligations or automatically forfeit your eligible balance.
Records and privacy
Lucaryn retains billing records and a restricted master chat transcript for security, fraud investigation and payment disputes. Choosing not to save participant transcript copies does not delete the restricted master record. Private advisor notes are not shared with customers.
Questions and disputes
Contact support@lucaryn.com with your account email and the relevant session or receipt number. Never email full card details, passwords or tax identification numbers. Nothing in this agreement removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
