LUCARYN READING GUIDES
How to use verified psychic reading feedback on Lucaryn
By Lucaryn Team · Published
Understand Lucaryn crystal-ball ratings, eligible paid-session reviews and practical ways to compare advisor feedback without relying on a score alone.
Read the experience behind the number
A rating is a starting point for choosing a reader, not a guarantee of a future experience. Look for comments about the kind of conversation you want: whether the advisor explained their interpretation clearly, listened to the question and communicated in a way the customer found useful.
A reader who suits one person may not suit another. Consider the biography, rate and approach alongside feedback. A profile with no reviews is not proof of poor service; Lucaryn is a new platform, and some advisors have not yet completed an eligible reviewed reading here.
Why Lucaryn uses crystal balls
Lucaryn presents its five-level reading rating with crystal-ball symbols rather than stars. The number beside the symbols helps you read the rating directly. The visual design changes the icon, not the need to look at the underlying customer experience.
The profile can also show reputation points, which are separate from the average rating. Do not assume a points total is a count of readings, a success percentage or proof that a prediction will come true.
Which sessions can receive feedback
The feedback option is tied to the customer’s own eligible completed paid reading. Test chats and readings purchased on outside platforms do not count as verified Lucaryn paid-reading feedback. A customer may leave one review for the eligible session.
A receipt and feedback option appear through the completed session in Chat Activity when eligible. A free test conversation, an outside-site purchase or a pending connection is not interchangeable with that record.
Write a review that helps the next customer
Describe what happened in the session rather than attacking the person. You can explain what question you brought, how the advisor communicated and whether the discussion felt clear or relevant to you. Keep details concise and avoid exposing private information about yourself or another person.
For example, “I asked about a communication issue. The advisor explained their interpretation directly and answered my follow-up” gives another customer something specific to consider. A statement that an outcome is guaranteed does not.
What to do with a disagreement
You may disagree with an interpretation or feel that a reading was not a fit. Honest negative feedback is different from threats, harassment, false claims or an attempt to pressure an advisor for a benefit. The feedback guidelines apply to customers and advisors.
If you need a billing investigation or want to report conduct, contact support with the session reference. A public review cannot by itself resolve a payment or account problem. Advisors can request a policy review, but a low score alone is not a promise that a review will be removed.
Compare patterns, then choose for yourself
One brief comment may be less informative than several detailed descriptions, but volume alone is not a substitute for relevance. Look for the subjects people discussed and the style they describe. Then read the advisor’s own profile to see whether those details match your needs.
Before connecting, set a budget and prepare a question. Feedback is one tool for making that choice; it is not a reason to spend beyond your limit or to treat a reading as professional medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice.

Read an advisor’s profile, compare their rate and choose a reading style that feels comfortable.
