Psychic chat privacy: transcript copies, records and safer sharing

By Lucaryn Team · Published

Learn what Lucaryn’s transcript-copy option changes, why restricted master records remain, and what personal information to keep out of a reading.

Privacy starts with what you choose to share

A reading can concern something personal without requiring every identifying detail of your life. Share the context needed for your question, and leave out information that would create risk if copied or misunderstood. You can ask the advisor what context is relevant before sending a long explanation.

Never type a card number, security code, password, tax identification number or banking login into chat. Payment details belong in the supported secure checkout. An advisor does not need your account password to deliver a reading.

Participant copies and the restricted master record differ

Lucaryn offers a customer option to turn off participant transcript copies. That choice affects the copies available to the participants. It does not delete Lucaryn’s restricted master chat record.

The platform retains restricted master records for security, fraud investigation and payment disputes. A customer who does not want participant archive copies should not interpret that setting as an unrecorded conversation. Review the customer agreement and privacy information before using the service if retention is important to your decision.

Find your reading history without sharing a transcript publicly

Completed sessions appear in Chat Activity, where you can review the relevant session information and receipt. The availability of a participant transcript depends on the transcript setting and the session’s records.

If you need support, start with the session or receipt reference and a concise description of the issue. You do not need to paste an entire private conversation into a public review or email your payment credentials. Support can ask for the specific information needed to locate the event.

Keep other people’s information out of screenshots

Relationship questions often involve someone who is not taking part in the reading. Avoid posting their phone number, home address, employer, private photographs or identifying screenshots when a brief description would do.

A psychic interpretation cannot establish another person’s private thoughts or serve as proof of misconduct. Do not use a reading to justify monitoring, threats, repeated unwanted contact or an attempt to bypass someone’s block. Respectful conduct protects both the customer and the advisor.

Secure your own account and browser

Use a password unique to Lucaryn and sign out on shared devices. The visible Sign out control ends your sign-in in that browser. A keep-me-signed-in option is convenient on a private device, but it is a poor choice on a public computer or a device someone else uses.

If you lose access, use the password-reset flow linked from sign-in. A legitimate support conversation should not require you to reveal your existing password. Treat unexpected links asking for login or card details carefully, and open the site directly if you are unsure.

Use the right place for a concern

Use feedback to describe your own eligible reading experience. Use the support form for account access, billing, transcript or conduct concerns that require private review. Include the relevant reference and approximate date.

This guide is an explanation of the current customer-facing controls, not a promise that all records can be erased on request. The privacy information and customer agreement describe the platform’s recordkeeping and the appropriate way to raise a privacy question. You can contact support@lucaryn.com for clarification before booking.
