Psychic chat costs: plan your reading budget before connecting

Read the rate before you connect
Lucaryn chat advisors set a published per-minute rate. Review that rate on the advisor’s profile and in the connection flow. Rates can differ between advisors, so compare the price attached to the person you intend to speak with rather than assuming a site-wide price.
Your customer balance is used for the reading. Adding money to that balance and paying for minutes are separate events: a verified card recharge funds the account, and paid reading time uses the balance under the displayed session terms.
Use a simple budget calculation
For an estimate, multiply the advisor’s per-minute rate by the number of paid minutes you plan to use. At an illustrative $3 per minute, five paid minutes is $15 and ten paid minutes is $30. A $20 balance at that rate covers six full paid minutes, with $2 remaining. It does not cover a seventh full paid minute.
These examples assume ordinary paid minutes with no eligible free time. They are planning examples, not a quote for a particular advisor. The session’s own timer, balance and receipt are the records to review.
Choose a stopping point as well as a deposit
Decide both how much you are comfortable adding and how much you intend to spend on this conversation. Those amounts do not have to be identical. A customer might add $25 but plan to stop after about $15 of reading time, leaving the rest for another visit.
A written question helps protect that plan. Put the most important topic first, leave time for a follow-up, and end when you reach the limit you chose. A longer reading is not automatically a more useful reading.
Watch the timer and use recharge deliberately
The chat workspace displays session time and the remaining balance. Quick recharge offers card additions between $5 and $250. Payment verification must finish before a recharge becomes spendable. Do not rely on an unfinished payment or a browser redirect as proof of credit.
If your balance becomes insufficient, paid service pauses and the system provides a 60-second opportunity to add funds. If the recharge does not complete in time, the session ends. This pause is not permission to continue accumulating an unpaid balance.
Distinguish free minutes from cash balance
Eligible free time follows its own rules. Advisor-gifted minutes are a gift of reading time. The new-customer promotion requires a verified deposit of at least $10, a participating advisor and a one-time eligibility check. Neither offer means unlimited free chat.
Normal per-minute billing applies after eligible free time. Review the offer you are using before accepting it, and check the reading receipt afterward. Promotional time is not a cash withdrawal or a promise of a particular result.
Check the receipt and get help with a specific session
At the end of a reading, use Chat Activity to find the completed session and receipt. Compare the advisor, rate, reading time, free time and paid amount with the conversation you expected. If something looks wrong, keep the session or receipt reference so support can investigate the correct record.
