Lucaryn’s three free psychic chat minutes: eligibility and normal rates

By Lucaryn Team · Published

See how Lucaryn’s new-customer three-minute offer works: a verified $10 deposit, participating advisors, one-time eligibility and normal rates afterward.

What the welcome offer includes

Lucaryn’s new-customer welcome offer provides three promotional reading minutes with a participating chat advisor, subject to eligibility. It is an introduction to a reading, not an unlimited free session or a guarantee that a particular advisor will be online.

You must be at least 18, use your own customer account and follow the customer agreement. Readings remain for entertainment and personal reflection. The offer does not change the rules against medical or pregnancy questions, lottery numbers, gambling predictions, harassment or fraud.

A verified deposit of at least $10 is required

To qualify, add at least $10 to your customer balance through the supported card checkout. The payment must be verified. Merely starting checkout, typing a card number or returning to the site does not establish eligibility.

The deposit is added to your account balance; it is not a fee charged solely to unlock the promotion. Eligible promotional minutes are applied before normal paid minutes. The deposit can then be used for reading time under the published rates and customer terms.

Choose an advisor who participates

Advisor participation is optional. Check the offer controls and connection flow rather than assuming every advisor will honor the promotion. A reader who is listed in the separate Marketplace may provide services on an outside site; Lucaryn promotional minutes do not automatically apply to an outside platform.

If your preferred participating advisor is Busy, check whether they offer a waitlist or appointments. A free-time offer does not reserve an immediate place or override another customer’s session.

Understand what happens after the third minute

The welcome promotion covers only the first three eligible promotional minutes. After that free time, ordinary billing uses the advisor’s published per-minute rate and your customer balance. Watch the timer and balance and end the reading if you do not want additional paid time.

For an illustration, suppose an advisor charges $2 per minute. Three promotional minutes are free to the eligible customer, and two additional paid minutes would use $4. That example does not set the price for every advisor. Review the actual rate before connecting.

One welcome redemption, not a new offer for every account

The offer is once-only and checked against the customer account and network/IP address. Lucaryn records the redemption’s IP address to help prevent repeat claims through additional accounts. Do not create extra accounts, use another person’s payment details or try to evade the eligibility checks.

People on a shared household, workplace or public network may share an IP address. If you believe a legitimate claim was blocked, contact support with your account email and the relevant payment or session reference. Do not repeatedly fund new accounts to try to force a redemption.

Promotional minutes and advisor gifts are different

An advisor may separately choose to give a customer free minutes. Those gifts are not the same offer as the new-customer welcome promotion. They have their own available balance and conditions, so check which free-time option your session is using.

After the session, review the receipt to distinguish promotional time, gifted time and ordinary paid time. Promotional credits have no cash value. The customer agreement governs balances, refunds, account closure and any dispute about a charge; this guide explains the offer rather than replacing those terms.
